Alden Richards

Filipino television actor, host, and model Alden Richards gained his breakthrough through his role as a psychopath in the movie The Road, which earned him a nomination for Golden Screen Award for Breakthrough Performance by an Actor in 2011. In addition, he caught attention for his appearances in Alakdana, Tween Hearts, Karelasyon and One True Love. In addition to acting career, he made his debut album titled Alden Richards in May 2013. 

He studied Business Administration at De La Salle Canlubang in Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna before joining show business as an actor to fulfill his deceased mother's dream. He participated in numerous male pageants in Laguna, got a part time job as a commercial model and gained the titles Ginoong Sta Rosa 2009 and Ginoong Laguna 2010. 

His parents are Richard Faulkerson Sr. and Rosario Reyes. Richards had dated with Sam Pinto who is 3 years older than him. He is currently linked with Yaya Dub.
