ABOUT
Cao Thai Son is a famous singer in Vietnam who is best known for such hit singles as Con Duong Mua (Rainy Path), Pha Le Tim (Purple Crystal) and Cau Vong Sau Mua ( Rainbow After The Rain ). He started his singing career at the age of 17, but his name had not been known until he entered Sao Mai Diem Hen Contest in 2004. Thai Son was once named one of 10 most popular singers by Lan Song Xanh 2009.
BEFORE FAMECao Thai Son was born the third child in a family in Thua Thien Hue. With determination to pursue singing career, he attended an art university. At the age of 17, he began performing in some small music clubs, but he did not gained much attention from audiences. In 2004, he entered and sparkled in Sao Mai Diem Hen Contest. However, he later withdrew from the competition to sign the contract with HT.Production.
PERSONAL LIFECao Thai Son got caught in many scandals, especially scandals related to his sexual orientation. He also announced that he had not defined his gender yet. In 2012, a man accused him of being a gay and deceived him financially.
