CM Punk

Phillip Jack Brooks, better known as CM Punk, is an American retired wrestling superstar who won numerous awards and titles throughout his wrestling career. Most noticeably, he was named Superstar of The Year in 2011 by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). He is best remembered as the longest reigning WWE champion of 434 days and also became one of the longest reigners of all time. After a glorious career spanning 15 years, CM Punk decided to retire in 2014 and shifted into martial art and writing.   

CM Punk experienced a sad childhood when he witnessed his alcoholic father and drug-addicted mother destroy their own life. Luckily, she grew up as a strong minded, outspoken boy who was hooked on rock music and comic books. During his teen years, he practiced boxing and karate. CM Punk first wrestled in the 1990s when he signed to backyard wrestling Lunatic Wrestling Federation. He soon he became strong attracted to wrestling and was determined to become a professional wrestler.

In 2014, the former wrestling superstar, CM Punk decided to tie the knot with a retired professional wrestler, A.J. Lee after a year of dating.
