Jairus Aquino

Considered as the National Best friend of the Philippines, Jairus Aquino is a talented actor in the Philippines. He took part in some TV advertisements before becoming popular with his first role as an actor in series Super Inggo. He is also notable for his role of Drake Lagdameo on series Luv U and his leading role of Lembot/ Fish Boy on Kung Fu Kids. Jairus Aquino was nominated for the Best Child Actor at 56th FAMAS Awards and won 10th ASAP Pop Viewers' Choice Awards in 2014.

Born in Caloocan City, Philippines, Jairus Aquino started his modeling career at the age of 4 due to his family and friend’ encouragement. However, his parents worried about his work at the early age so they made him stop it. He appeared in series Super Inggo as Jose Mariano Jomar Sebastian in 2006 and gained fame when the film became popular.

In 2014, Jairus Aquino and his current on-screen partner, Sharlene San Pedro, co-occupied the fourth place in the poll on Star Cinema's website for the Hottest Love Team.
