Kevin James

Kevin George Knipfing, better known by his stage name - Kevin James, is an American actor, comedian, screenwriter, and producer. Despite debuting as an actor, he gained his first popularities through numerous appearances on various talk shows, including The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Show with David Letterman, Late Night with Conan O'Brien. Latterly, his name is widely known after his starring as Doug Heffernan on the hit CBS sitcom The King of Queens. Also, Kevin is recognised as the lead roles in the comedy films I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry, Paul Blart: Mall Cop, Grown Ups, Zookeeper,Here Comes the Boom, and Hitch. 

James started off with stand-up comedy in 1989, making his debut at the East Side Comedy Club on Long Island by Richie Minervini. He has a brother, Gary Joseph Knipfing, known as Gary Valentine, who is also a comedian and actor, and one sister, Leslie Knipfing.

James got married with actress Steffiana de la Cruz in California in 2004. They have four children: 3 girls Sienna-Marie (born 2005), Shea Joelle (born 2007),Sistine Sabella (born 2015) and 1 boy Kannon Valentine (born 2011).
