Known best as the seventh-season champion of the popular reality talent competition So You Think You Can Dance, Froderman also appeared as an All-Star participant in the same series' eleventh season.After winning So You Think You Can Dance, she began her studies at Loyola Marymount University in Southern California.In 2010, she began a relationship with fellow dancer Dominic Sandoval.

She began dancing at the age of three and performed with the Phoenix Rockettes when she was just ten years old.
