Mitch Grassi

Mitch Grassi is an American singer, songwriter and YouTube personality, better known as a singing tenor in the a cappella group Pentatonix since 2011. Together with his band, he won Best Arrangement, Instrumental or A Cappella for "Daft Punk" from their second EP, PTX, Vol. II, at the 57th Grammy Awards. In August 2013, he and fellow Pentatonix member Scott Hoying held the web-show Superfruit, which currently attracted more than 1.4 million followers and over 129 million views. 

When studying at Martin High School, he together with Scott Hoying and Kirstie Maldonado founded an acappella trio, whose first cover of the Telephone by Lady Gaga was uploaded on YouTube. He also made his appearance as a member of the Golden Goblets in an episode of Glee. 

He is the son of Mike and Nel Grassi.
