Oliver Sykes

Oliver Sykes is an English singer and songwriter. He is best known as the lead vocalist of metalcore band Bring Me the Horizon that released the album Sempiternal in 2013. He is also the founder and owner of the alternative clothing line Drop Dead Clothing.

In 2003, as a college student, he began crafting compilation CDs and short tracks under the name Quakebeat. Additionally, he played in the mock hip-hop band Womb 2 Da Tomb with his brother Tom Sykes and fellow Bring Me the Horizon member Matt Nicholls, and in metal band Purple Curto.

Sykes moved to Australia when he was young and moved back to the U.K. when he was eight. In July 2015, he married model and tattoo artist Hannah Pixie Snowdon. Before that, he had a relationship with fashion model Amanda Hendrick in 2008.
