One of the best-selling artists of all time, Reba Nell McEntire is a famous country singer, actress and musician in the United States. She came to fame and gained much success after releasing her second album My Kind of Country, collaborated with MCA Nashville Records in 1984. The album brought her a series of number one singles and albums, including 40 singles ranking number one 14 albums at the same position. She earned certified gold for 28 albums, had more than 85 million records sold in total and has sometimes been named The Queen of Country. Born in McAlester, Oklahoma, she is the daughter of Jacqueline and Clark Vincent McEntire. She was taught to sing by her mother, who wanted to become a country singer but finally became a teacher.
