Ruangroj Mahasaranon

General Ruangroj Mahasaranon is a retired Thai Army officer. From 2005 to 2006 he was the Supreme Commander of the Headquarters of the Royal Thai Armed Forces. Ruangroj was also the Chief Advisor to the Council for Democratic Reform under Constitutional Monarchy. In 2007, he had his new political career as one of vice-leaders of People's Power Party.  

General graduated from the Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy in 1979 and used to hold position as Head of Logistics Brigade. 

General married to the Assistant Professor of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Cypher High School and they have a son and two daughters.
