Song Chang-eui is well known as a South Korean musical theatre actor, who came to prominence for starring in Hedwig and the Angry Inch and Gwanghwamun Love Song, or in television dramas such as The Scales of Providence and Life Is Beautiful. For his outstanding performance, he was in Top 10 Stars of SBS Drama Awards, awarded Best New Actor in 2008 & 2009 and many other awards and nominations.
BEFORE FAMESong Chang-eui was born to Song Dae-hyeon in Seul, South Korea. His first acting career started musical theatre in 2002's Blue Saigon. He played small roles on television starting 2005 before successfully appeared in Golden Bride, a drama about an inter-cultural marriage between an elite Korean man and a young Vietnamese woman.
PERSONAL LIFESong Chang-eui was romantically linked to Lisa for 3 years. The coupe broke up in 2013.
