Takeshi Niinami

Takeshi Niinami has been known as the President and CEO, Member of the Board and Representative Director of Suntory Holdings Limited since 2014. In addition, he has been a member of Council on Economic and Fiscal Policy (CEFP) as senior economic adviser to the Prime Minister, and the Vice- Chairman of Japan Association of Corporate Executives. 

After graduating from Keio University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, he became an exchange student to Stanford University and also earned a MBA at Harvard Business School. In 1981, he began his career at Mitsubishi Corporation. He joined Lawson Inc. in 2002 and then was appointed for the position President and CEO.
