Widely recognized as one of the most Vietnamese celebrated comedy artists Thanh Loc shot to stardom with the roles as a soldier Vorodin in a classic play Loi Vu, Ba Thu in Doi Mat or Mr Tu in Da Co Hoai Lang, etc. Notably, he is highly honoured to be named The Wizard of dramatic roles and awarded The Accomplished Artist by the State for his huge contribution to national film industry.
BEFORE FAMEThanh Loc luckily was born in an artistic family, to artist Thanh Ton and his wife singer Huynh Mai. At the age of 8, he got accustomed to stage when participating in a dancing group at the city children cultural palace and theatrical troupe under stage name Thanh Tam. He also graduated from Ho Chi Minh Art & Stage College and appeared in stage IDECAF as well.
