Doa Putra Ebal Johan Likumahuwa better known as Utha Likumahuwa is an Indonesian singer, who started off being known for his albums including Hear Our Voices 1982, Dance love - love 1987.  Just You Attend, performed by him in the ASEAN Pop Song Festival 1989 in Manila is considered as the best song at the festival. He was also the runner up at Asia Pacific Singing Contest in Hong Kong in 1989.

Utha Likumahuwa was born on 1 August 1955  in Ambon , Maluku ,Indonesia. He started his career as a singer in 1982 for the release of 1982 album Tone And Appreciation. 

Utha was married to Debbi Farida Likumahuwa and had two children, Inne Likumahuwa and Abraham Likumahuwa
